About Perpetual Hands

Born from family. Built for community.

Our story begins with the care, gratitude, and closeness that surrounded our family matriarch—and continues in a commitment to make quality healthcare more accessible.

Our Beginning

Perpetual Hands was formed from the memories of the matriarch of our family, who received care in the comfort of our household. She was surrounded by loved ones and by people who expressed deep gratitude for the immense support she had brought to their lives.

Her experience gave us a lasting picture of what care can be: personal, close, compassionate, and centered on the individual. Her legacy inspired our vision to help bring care closer to people, including within the convenience and familiarity of home whenever appropriate.

Our Commitment

Perpetual Hands takes a serious commitment to the quality of medical services we provide. Our focus is patient-oriented care delivered by dedicated professionals who strive to be compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive.

  • ✓Respect for individual needs and circumstances
  • ✓Clear education and practical support for families
  • ✓Accessible care within the community
Mission

Improving access, comfort, and understanding.

Our mission is to focus on the person’s physical comfort through the availability of healthcare. We recognize how stress, economic challenges, and limited access can affect health and well-being. We also recognize the emotional and psychological needs of individuals and families.

Through education, treatment, appropriate intervention, and care closer to the community, we seek to reduce the impact of healthcare inaccessibility and help people pursue healthier lifestyles.

Vision

Better care, closer to the people who need it.

We envision Perpetual Hands becoming known as a leader in improving quality of care and helping minimize the expense and burden of maintaining well-being in the communities we serve.

How we approach care

Quality is more than a clinical outcome.

Patient-Oriented

Care begins with the needs, comfort, priorities, and circumstances of the individual.

Compassionate

We aim to communicate and serve with empathy, dignity, patience, and respect.

Culturally Sensitive

We recognize that effective care must respect a person’s cultural context, values, and family environment.
